Thank you for choosing Braids by Vergil. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following salon policies and safety rules.

1. Booking & Appointments: All services must be booked in advance. A confirmation message will be sent after your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

2. Deposits & Payments: Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.Full payment is required immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card (depending on availability).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Hair Preparation: Clients should come with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair, unless the service includes washing.Extra fees may apply for detangling or hair prep.

5. Kids Policy: Children must remain calm and seated throughout their appointment for safety purposes. If a child cannot sit still, we may decline the service for their safety.

6. Personal Belongings: Braids by Vergil is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.Please secure your phones, wallets, and personal items during your visit.

⚠️ SAFETY NOTICE

 Your safety is important to us. Please follow these salon safety guidelines:

1. Hot Water Safety (Very Important) During braiding services, we use hot water to seal and smooth the braids.

To prevent injuries:

  • Do NOT shake or move your head during or immediately after the hot-water dipping process.
  • Remain still while the stylist dips the braids.
  • Do not reach for the towel, bowl, or braids until the stylist instructs you.
  • Report any discomfort immediately.

This helps avoid burns, splashes, and accidents from extremely hot water.

2. Styling Tools Safety

  • Avoid sudden movements while stylists are using scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs.
  • Keep your hands away from your hair during styling unless instructed.

3. Product & Scalp Sensitivity: If you have allergies, tenderness, or sensitive scalp issues, please notify the stylist before your service begins.

4. Health & Hygiene

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick.
  • We sanitize all tools, chairs, and stations between each client.
  • No additional guests unless previously approved.
